The Site is published by Pimms Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, which carries the Site's technical infrastructure.
Foresttrack Consulting SAS is the publisher's legal representative in the European Union within the meaning of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on a Single Market for Digital Services (DSA). It is also the contracting party of practitioners and clients established in France and in the European Union (Conditions Générales Praticiens, CGU Clients, CM2C consumer mediation).
The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, vercel.com.
The database and authentication are hosted by Supabase Inc. (supabase.com); payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). The full list of providers and the data they process is in the Privacy Policy.

The Site, its structure, texts, visual identity and the "Zenoa" name are protected by intellectual-property law. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited. Profiles, texts and photos published by practitioners remain theirs; they grant Zenoa a licence to display them on the Site under the Practitioner Terms.
Zenoa is a booking intermediary: the session contract is formed directly between the client and the practitioner booked (see the Client Terms). Zenoa provides no care and no medical advice.
